myCondo (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://mycondo.sg (the “Site”, “Website”, “Portal”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. We use your Personal Information in order to provide you with relevant services and improve your experiences with our Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

myCondo is committed to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act ( PDPA ) and be responsible for protecting the personal data in our care and ensuring that the personal data is not kept by our organisation when there is no longer a business or legal need to do so.
We collect only Blocks and Unit Nos. of condominiums in order to set up User IDs for every condo’s website hosted in our server which suffice for residents to log into the condo’s website.
myCondo server allows merchants to upload business profiles, personal names, identity numbers, contact information and vehicle registration numbers of merchants’ operation teams which suffice for the merchant to operate business on our platform.
By voluntarily submitting your personally identifiable information like your name, email address, contact numbers to our server in order for your condo administrators and/or service providers to identify you and communicate with you pertaining to your service request, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
myCondo does not sell or share any personally identifiable information to third parties.
External Links: We have no control over the privacy policies of websites whose links appear on our site(s). Please review the privacy policies of those linked sites for an understanding of how they use information they collect from you.
Appropriate Procedures: We have put in place reasonable measures and appropriate procedures for implementing these policies and for safeguarding the information we collect from you.
