Our Terms of Service written here is to protect you and myCondo, a business registered in Singapore with registration No. 53080863C and having its principal place of business at 231 Bain Street #02-37 Bras Basah Complex Singapore 180231
When you login to mycondo portal with login credentials, either registered by yourself or someone registered on your behalf, either for personal use or for a business entity, you have deemed to have agreed to our Terms of Service which apply to all users of our services made available in our portal, including without limitation users who are sellers, buyers, merchants, web content providers and others.
As a resident of your apartment/condominium, your Management Council may subscribe to our services on behalf of you and all other residents of your condominium, you will be assigned a login credential and collectively you, all other residents and/or users of our services are known as Subscriber.
As a Subscriber, you need to read carefully and understand our Terms of Service.
Access to and use of myCondo’s web portal, mobile applications and services ( As used herein refers to myCondo’s website hosted in our server and collectively known as “Services” ) are provided by myCondo subject to the following terms:
a) By using our Services you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by these terms, please do not access and/or use the Services provided.
b) myCondo may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by myCondo. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.
c) Use the Services only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Services.
d) Use the Services only for the purpose it is designed or intended for and not to violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations in connection with your access or use of the Services.
e) Not to send, post, or communicate any content which is offensive, indecent, threatening, abusive, insulting, harassing, defamatory, libellous, deceptive, fraudulent, tortious, obscene, profane, invasive of another person’s privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
f) Not to upload to, or transmit through the Services any data, file or link that contains or redirects to malicious programs that infect computers and disrupt networks.
g) Not to use the Services to create or promote services or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for the Services or any services or software offered by myCondo.
h) Not to post prohibited items in myMarketplace including the following :-
1. Illegal and Prescription Drugs
2. Illegal Firearms and Deadly Weapon
3. Tobacco, Vape and other related items
4. Fake or Imitation products, may it be apparels, cosmetics, gadgets, supplements etc.
5. Live animal except domesticated pets, provided that the domesticated pets are vaccinated and rabies-free, and with certificate (pedigree)
6. Used or tampered supplements, cosmetics and/or skin care products
7. Adult Products or Services
8. Non-transferrable e-money or gift checks
9. Gambling or lottery items
10. Job Postings, Pyramid Selling and the likes.
11. Prohibited gadgets such as signal jammers, hacking devices, credit card skimmers etc.
12. Flammable and Explosives
13. Human Transplant Parts
14. Counterfeiting Services (eg. Fake IDs, Certificates, Tickets, etc.)
15. Expired and/or unsealed food.
16. Endangered animal parts, sea creatures and/or old artifacts that are prohibited to collect
i) Private messaging in myMarketplace is good for related transactions only.
myCondo merely provides myMarketplace but does not endorse or have any control over the fulfillment by any merchants in myMarketplace. You are solely responsible for transactions made with the merchants. myCondo is not responsible or held liable whatsoever for the acts or omissions by any merchants. You have no legal right to demand compensation or payment from myCondo but from the merchants whom you deal with directly and for any dispute settlement.
myCondo reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account which has violated the terms and conditions.
myCondo has incorporated online payment functionality into our website applications and mobile apps. The Management Council can provide online payments solution for residents by signing up directly with the service providers.
Terms of Service
For condominium registration, myCondo will assist The Management Council in the following setup
Uploading of website contents and images in accordance to all the modules which are programmed within basic parameters, in a fixed pattern and ready to use by uploading texts & images including pictures, maps, floor plans, site plan etc which the Lessee shall provide in soft copies, edited and ready to use in words/excel document, PDF files, JPG files etc.
Administration of block, unit nos. and their respective block addresses in order to generate user ID & password.
Administration of facility group, facility type, sessions in accordance to the House Rules provided by the Subscriber.
Basic email and tele-support to The Management Staffs in website administration excluding on-site visit.
Photo taking on site (Subscriber is to provide all sitemap, facilities photos, facilities map, perspective view of the condominium to be used for the home page and other relevant photos and images).
Copying the existing Booking from the current portal into our new portal, if any.
Copying the existing Notices & Circulars from the current portal into our new portal, if any.
Rearrangement of Strata Roll in excel format. Subscriber to provide Strata Roll template as per our required format.
Troubleshoot issues pertaining to Lessee PC’s operating system, hardware & software applications, setup & configuration of peripherals such as printer, scanner and other multifunction devices or trouble-shooting of internet browsing issues and related errors.
Every precaution has been taken to protect our server which we guarantee an uptime of 99%.. However, in the event of any bizarre situation, we accept no liability for loss of datas, loss of service or failure to provide service due to any act of war, civil unrest, violence, terrorism, third-party failure or any unforeseeable act of God.
Any uptime guarantees that we make do not include a downtime experienced due to any act of war, civil unrest, violence, terrorism, third-party failure or any unforeseeable act of God.
We accept no liability for any loss or damage that may be caused to your site or its ability to function, where this is caused by your addition to, removal or alteration of any content, software, program or account component.
myCondo is committed to assisting in the resolution of your website’s technical issues and shall endeavor to respond within 2 hours of you reporting the issues to us.
Technical Support excludes issues pertaining to your PC’s operating system, hardware & software applications, setup & configuration of peripherals such as printer, scanner and other multifunction devices or trouble-shooting of internet browsing issues and related errors.
Upon your subscription to our services, you are given Standard Templates for you to upload, maintain and manage your web content including creating, importing and maintaining the residents’/SPs’ IDs in your account.
You are advised to safe-keep a backup copy of all your contents before uploading them to myCondo’s website.
The Subscriber shall understand that myCondo does not control and is not liable for any inaccuracies regarding the website’s content. The content including names, images and logos used by the Subscriber in their standard templates given by myCondo are NOT in control by myCondo and myCondo is NOT responsible or held liable for any misrepresentation or infringement of copyright laws.
The Subscriber shall be solely responsible in ensuring the content is lawful and subjected to and comply with copyright laws, design rights, necessary licenses, consents, permissions to use and trademarks of third parties.
No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material are not acceptable
As a Subscriber, you agree to indemnify myCondo against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by myCondo as a result of your breach of the above warranty.
You may never use another’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify myCondo immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although myCondo will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of myCondo or others due to such unauthorized use.
You further agree that you will ensure residents/SPs will not (i) post irrelevant materials or pictures within the context (ii) publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage myCondo or any third party; (iii) submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate; (iv)impersonate another person.
myCondo may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User’s access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
You agree that your use of myCondo’s web portal shall be at your sole risk.
myCondo’s web portal content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to myCondo, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided “AS IS” and on an “IS AVAILABLE” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, myCondo, its officers, directors, employees and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the website and your use thereof.
The Subscriber agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless myCondo, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to myCondo’s web portal; (ii) your violation of any term in this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your Users caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive this Agreement and your use of myCondo’s web portal.
myCondo makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of this site’s content or the contents of any sites linked to this site and assume no liability or responsibility for any (1) Errors, mistakes or inaccuracies of content (2) Any unauthorised access to or use of our secured servers and /or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein (3) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website (4) Any bugs, virus, trojan horses or the like which may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party and/or (5) any errors or omission in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the website.
In addition, under no circumstances will myCondo be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of myCondo’s web portal regardless of the form of action.
myCondo’s web portal may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by myCondo and myCondo does not warrant, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through myCondo’s web portal or any hyperlinked website or featured in any banner or other advertising and myCondo will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and third party providers of products or services. By using the website, you expressly relieve myCondo from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.
a) Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which the parties may have, either party may terminate this subscription on giving three (3) months written notice to the other at any time.
b) Without limiting the right of a party to immediately terminate this Agreement for cause as provided for in this Agreement, if either party materially breaches any of its duties or obligations hereunder and such breach is not cured, or the breaching party is not diligently pursuing a cure to the non-breaching party’s sole satisfaction, within thirty (30) calendar days after written notice of the breach, the non-breaching party may terminate this Agreement for cause as of a date specified in such notice.
c) myCondo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all services provided by myCondo without prior notice for any reason including but not limited to your violation to this Agreement.
d) Upon the termination of this subscription, Service Provider shall, within fourteen (14) business day following the termination of this Agreement, provide Subscriber, without charge and without any conditions or contingencies whatsoever (including but not limited to the payment of any fees due to Service Provider), with a final extract of the Subscriber Data in the format specified by Subscriber. The Subscriber’s use of the services immediately ceases thereafter and the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that myCondo may immediately delete files in the Subscriber’s account.
e) myCondo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to allow Subscriber to reactivate his/her account for personal engagement with myCondo’s web portal.
Please note that your use of myCondo’s web portal, or the tools or services accessed from the web portal denotes your acceptance of this Terms of Service which constitutes the agreement between you, the Subscriber and myCondo and this supersedes all prior and contemporaneous negotiations and understandings between the parties whether oral or written, expressed or implied.
